Exchanges & Store Credit

• Non-customised items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only
  
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  
• Customers are responsible for return postage
  
• A £2.99 / $3.99 processing fee will be deducted from issued store credit
  

Customised Items

Items that have been customised with names and/or numbers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Our customisation service lets you personalise your retro shirt with any name and number of your choice for just £9.99.

Each shirt is individually printed using high-quality vinyl pressing, the same process used in the stores. This ensures the print is durable, sharp and long-lasting.

Customised shirts are made to order, so please allow an extra 2–3 working days for dispatch.

Please note: because each customised item is unique, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Our retro shirts are produced using high-grade materials to ensure they look and feel just right. The detailing, fit and finish are designed to reflect the classic kits that fans remember. Each order is carefully checked before dispatch, so you can buy with confidence knowing your shirt meets our quality standards.

To keep your shirt looking its best, we recommend:

• Wash at 30°C with similar colours.
  
• Wash inside out to protect detailing.
  
• Do not tumble dry.
  
• Iron inside out on a low heat if required.
